    Hi there,

    My shop has been looking kind of funky for the last few days. It looks like it’s trying to put 4 products in a row but it only fits 3 so the last one gets kicked to the next row and then it looks like

    3
    1
    3
    1

    All my plugins are up to date and I have the latest neighborhood and wordpress version. I switched to twenty fourteen and it made the listings much smaller so it fits 4 products in a row. Don’t really know what this means but they look neatly ordered.

    you can find my shop here: http://www.pelham.cl/es/tienda/

    What should I do?

    Best,

    Flavia M.

    Hi Kyle,

    What? No… You were probably looking at the english version of my site, I gave you the spanish link but I guess your browser automatically changed it, haha. I’ve deactivated the english version, you can see the problem now here:

    Help please, it’s been like this for too long!

    Thanks,

    Flavia M.

    Hi Flavia M,

    How have you set it to show 4 products per row? As standard, Neighborhood only supports 3 columns per row when a sidebar is in use. If you do want to use 4, you can try the following custom css:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 1200px) {
    body.woocommerce .has-one-sidebar ul.products li.product {
    width: 195px;
    }
    }
    @media only screen and (max-width: 979px) {
    body.woocommerce .has-one-sidebar ul.products li.product {
    width: 119px;
    }
    }
    body.woocommerce .has-one-sidebar ul.products li.product {
    width: 160px;
    }

    Hi Ed,

    No! I really don’t know what’s going on, I want my 3 products per row back! I don’t know why it’s trying to show 4, I haven’t changed anything. I was happy with my 3 products and 1 day it started to show products like it is now. I don’t know why did that happen because I didn’t change anything, so I don’t have a backup to go back to how it was. It’s been like this since last week and because it looks so strange, my site hasn’t been selling, it’s just a disaster, I need help soon!

    Please, I just want 3 products in a row, just like it was before, that works great for me.

    Thanks,

    Flavia M.

    Hi Flavia,

    As far as I can see this isn’t a theme issue, as I can’t replicate it here. If you provide a link/login, I’ll happily take a look.

    You’ve got a JS error, seems to be caused by “PageStateTracker” – do you know if you have a plugin related to this?

    I have no idea. All I know is all my problems started after I installed WooCommerce Multilingual, WPML Media, WPML Sticky Links and WPML Translation Management. I thought it was a theme problem because I switched to Twenty Fourteen and it looked ok.

    It seems as though the product images on your translated language are showing as 1px x 1px – can you please check this with WPML – we are using the standard ‘shop_catalog’ image size.

    I’m in the progress of setting up a test setup for this.

    Just found this: http://wpml.org/forums/topic/woocommerce-product-thumbnail-size-not-respected-in-translations/

    Can you try the versions they suggest? Neighborhood requires the image sizes to be correct for the resizing to work.

    I have the same problem.
    For me the plugin “A Swiss Knife for WooCommerce. Version 1.9.4” tries the error.

    Hey! That totally worked! I deactivated the swiss army plugin and everything went back to normal. Bummer, cause it’s a great plugin. So thank you so much egohead!

    And thank you Ed, it was very nice of you to take your time with me yesterday, I really appreciate it.

    This problem is resolved! Hihi, I’m so happy. I mean, I wish I didn’t have to deactivate that plugin,is it a compatibility issue that Swift Ideas should resolve? Or the plugin developers should solve this?

    Anyway, thank you!
