shipping

HI everybody,

I have got a problem with my shipping method which drives my crazy.

I enabled two shipping methods:
– local pick up
– flat rate (shipping)

I have products which can only be picked up (no shipping).
but if I disable the flat rate button on those products, in the end the customer has never the less 2 options to checkout: 1.)local pick up. 2.) shipping (for free)

I was using the woo commerce plugin before. and on my old page (I use a different theme) this is working.

can you help me in this point?

Hi

That’s odd, you sure it works with another theme? Can you test with TwentyFourteen. The theme doesn’t control shipping methods so it shouldn’t affect the outcome

I have this shop:

it works with the theme “gather”.

if you look at images in the attachment you can see what I mean.
here I disabled the flat rate button and it does not appear in the end.

thats how it should be…

I don’t know why there is a difference between those two themes?

Showing me another site is not properly testing as it could be down to other things such as settings/plugins. Please activate a different theme on you site you are referring to

I activated TwentyFourteen.
but its the same problem…

I’m not sure, you’re best contacting woocommerce support. Likely a setting error somewhere
