Sometime after 2015/03/13 the billing and shipping information fields on our site are no longer working. Customers show up as “guests” when they order from our site. Is this a known problem? What can we do to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Do you have the latest versions of our theme and Woocommerce?
Not sure if Woocommerce changed any setting that controls that.
