Sharing Icons to Masonry Items

Is it be possible to add social media icons / share buttons to the masonry items on my home page, blog page, and article page?

See attachment – I would like to place Facebook/Twitter/Pinterest/Google+ share buttons beneath each ‘Read More’ button (location is highlighted in yellow). Clicking either icon would then bring the user to their respective social media page to share the post.

Would it also be possible to center the ‘READ MORE’ button so its not left justified?

1) Currently it’s not possible without major customisation to the theme files which unfrotunately we do not support. However I will add to the request list

2) Add this to your custom css:

.read-more-button {
  display: block;
  margin-left: auto;
  margin-right: auto;
  width: 108px;
}
