    Hi,

I have a bug that seems to appear only on Safari as I tried it on Chrome and IE without being able to recreate the same bug.

    [video src="http://www.minoeurope.com/files/video/Joyn_bug.mp4" /]

The pop-up transition animation on four iconbox elements in one row is not randomly stopped and some boxes appear either absent or half-transparent.

Thank you in advance for your support.

What version of the Joyn theme have you got and what version is the plugin Swift Framework?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

As far as I know, all my theme elements are up to date.

    Joyn 2.4.2
    Swift Framework 2.0.3.

What page URL is that happening on specifically?

    Thanks.

Sorry for late reply. I had numerous things that had priority over our website and am coming back to resolve some issues that I had.

The problem is apparently specific on Macs. I tried it on PC on Chrome and on IE (Edge and 11) and they work as expected while on Safari on Mac, it had issues rendering image banners with animated effets as shown on the video. I believe that few weeks back, the problem was present also on Chrome on Mac but that has been solved.

I tested to see if the problem is solved with the new Safari developper preview but apparently with the B2, the problem is still persistant.

I use a similar effect on another website with Dante installed and there is no problem on that one.

    Hi,

Can you update the Swift Framework plugin to 2.1.7 and re-test?

    Thanks.

    Hi, David.

I’m currently on the latest version of Swift Framework apparently.

In that case can you provide us the url of the page where it’s happening and also some admin credentials just in case it’s necessary.

Thank you Ed. It’s reassuring that the problem will be solved. Since our website is not yet open, I can wait.

    Hi,

I just updated the theme to 2.44 and the problem is still present. Do I have to wait for the next one?

    Hi @noxdiurna

The fix was added after the v2.4.4 update was released, so it’s in the next update.
