    Dear support forum,

    the fullscreen video function results a “#” link.
    The video is not opening.

    I’ve searched the forum but nothing helped so far.

    Hope you can help.

    Hi,

    I cannot replicate this on my local dev version, can you update your shortcode to use this:

    [sf_fullscreenvideo type="image-button" btntext="" imageurl="http://www.beprint3d.at/website/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/videoplatzhalter.jpg" videourl="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T1nMr7kaLEo" extraclass=""]

    For me, initially the YouTube URL was not correct. Using the above works for me.
