My company purchased this theme and I’ve been setting it up, but I run into problems every step of the way.
1. I can’t set up the mobile navigation in desktop & overlay menu nor slide out menu like I see in the demos, assets page and documentation website. I’ve tried most demos and checking the options page, but the biggest option is tablet (horizontal).
2. I was trying to set up a one page homepage layout like the Shop Home (Three) (just the slider and navigation without the shop functionality), but the slider/vertical nav don’t work out of the box. I moved on to trying to set up the one page navigation from the video tutorial, and it doesn’t work either – the navigation dots never show on the right. I did try to set up via the demo plugin and it didn’t work out either.
3. The page builder just stops altogether when I try to save a parallax image or text. It doesn’t work at all, save or cancel. Only way out is to refresh the page.
I can’t make this presentable with these features missing or inaccessible, and I really need to move ahead with this setup. I thought the process would be much more straightforward and this is causing delays in my workflow. Any help is very appreciated, thank you.
