Setup home page like on Themeforest show sample

Dear Sir/Mam.

Pls guide me to setup home page like your sample on Themeforest. Step by step?.

Existing your Documents so simple, I can’t under stand

I have some question need help:

1. For homepage, I must set Reading page? And What’s template that I can choose?

2. Permalink not work, I had set /%postname%/ already

3. In porfolio, so hard to understand because I not see any setting sample.

4. How can I put Porfolio on homepage like your sample show on Themeforest?

I think you should have more youtube clips for guide.

If you include the XML you’ll be able to have a bunch of test data in your theme, remember you might have to change your memory limit to allow the XML to be uploaded, you may have to speak to your hosting provider
