Setup Adsense banners in the header

Hi there,

I would need to add AdSense both on header and sidebar in the website I’m currently building using Neighborhood. On the sidebar I found out that probably a text widget with the AdSense code would be enough, but what about the header?

How can I setup a structure like logo (on the left) + 728×90 banner (on the right or center) and menu just below the two? Is there any way in the theme for doing so or would you recommend any plugin for that?
