    Is there a way to set a parallax item’s height individually?

    Also, is there a way to remover the shadow from the parallax item individually?

    You can figure out the classes via the source code of the theme. For example your first parallax item can be controlled with:

    .spb_parallax_asset.sf-parallax.spb_content_element.bg-type-cover.span12.mt0.mb0.bb0.bt0.alt-bg.none {
height: 399px;
box-shadow: none;
}
