Hello,
I can’t seem to find anywhere that documents how to change the entire page background color. This shouldn’t really require documentation, except that it has proven to be ridiculously difficult. It seems like white is the only option. Am I missing something?

Sorry for a late response. Apologies.

Did you try Appearance -> Customize -> Color – Page.

also you can choose body background in boxed width in Theme Options -> Background Options.
