    Hi, installed your theme on WooCommerce + WPML site and it throsw Server 500 Error (blank screen). The website is working fine with Divi theme but would throw the Error when switched to Atelier theme. I can no longer access admin or front end. Error messages below.

    Do you have Atelier active? Very strange that you are getting that error. Please can you try replacing the /swift-framework plugin in /wp-content/plugins with this one – http://d.pr/f/1jNGX/5fRxjS9V

    Hi there

    We resolved the issue. It was caused by conflicting plugin called AppPresser.

    However, we are experiencing another issue which we’d appreciate your assistance with. The product thumbnails on the Home page are not displaying correctly – see attached. Could you please fix and advise?

    Can you please deactivate all plugins leaving only WooCommerce & Swift Framework plugin active?

    Hi, we have updated all plugins as well as Swift and Atelier theme to latest versions. It seems to have resolved the issue. I’ll raise another ticket if the problem resurfaces. Thank you

    I’m using the most updated version of the Swift Framework plugin and have all updated plugins and also getting a white screen error message a little after installing. What can I do to resolve the problem? I’ve already restored my previous website 3 times because it keeps happening. Just switched from Flexform to Atelier and its non-stop problems ( including this error and so many changes in the code that all the content is not showing up). Used to be very happy with Swiftworks but this is a mess!
