Search Results page template

Hi there,

i like to know is there is a way to select a specific template for the search results page.
At the moment i use the “Standard with no sidebars” template for the blog.
I like to use the “Mini with no sidebars” template for search results.

Hi, please check our forum policy:

We aim to respond to all posts within 48 hours (Monday-Friday), but in most cases we usually manage to reply less than 24 hours. We work on the oldest topic first, so adding a new comment will take you to the back of the queue. We do also try our best to reply on weekends if we have time.

You would need to modify the file search.php if you’d like to change the layout of the search results page.

I’m sorry Melanie, but after a few days of waiting (I read forum policy) I am a bit disappointed to read an answer pretty useless.

I know which files I need to change, I do not know how…
