    Hi David,

Thank you! Will test asap. If I copy this piece off JS plus the stuff you added to functions.php in the child team to the live site later on, I will be complete right? Will you be including this in a future theme update?

No clue why you weren’t able to edit things from your end. Maybe I have some advance security going on that I am not aware of ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Cheers,
    Johan

No you cannot add JS to a PHP file like that. Leave it within the theme options is your best best.

I will talk this one over with the team to get this added in for a future update.

Ah ok, in that case leave it in the child theme for now as I cannot provide a timeframe.

    Thanks.

    Hi David,

I have implemented your changes in the live site now (https://luc8k.com), but something is still wrong …. I am not getting any search results regardless of language … this might have to do with the last Atelier or wordpress update though!?

What is most confusing: when I search for “Shopper” when in English, the full screen search does not show results …. but if I then ENTER I do get results …

    Any thoughts?

Johan please leave the plugins disabled whilst I look. I see a JS error on your site, looking to reference Google ads? This maybe causing the AJAX not to fire correctly.

Please disable it/all plugins now. All communication is handled via support forums.

    Hi David,

Did you update any themes/plugins whilst you were in the live site ??? WP Rocket is disabled now, but I also noticed that Atelier, WPML and WooCommerce have been upgraded since I last checked …. and I spent two days last week rolling back to a situation prior to those updates as it renders the site unuseable!

    Hi,

Not that I am aware of, for something like this it would not need one of us to action that.

It looks like the updates were executed on 20 December, just after I gave you the credentials so that’s were I made the link with this thread. Confusing …

I will have to role back the whole site again, so no point looking into this now.

    Hi,

Ok, if had updated I would have let you know in the thread. Often as a matter of caution we never run the updates we usually get the OP to do it so situations like this do not happen.

    Thanks.
