There must be something within your live environment that is stopping the search from working. Your staging site does return results: http://s15917.p367.sites.pressdns.com/shop/

Hi David.

We’ve had a look into why no results are being returned on our production site and found that it’s a compatibility issue with the plugin called Elastic Search. That plugin has been disabled so we now get results returned but we still are not sure why you don’t get any results when the AJAQ Search is turned on.
