    Hi,

    I am testing this with Standard search currently which is returning results: http://d.pr/i/1fUTU

    The fullscreen search looks to not resolve any results, is there any way you can disable the Pagely® App + CDN?

    Hi David,

    We have updated our production site to WooCommerce 2.5 and are still having trouble returning any results on the search. It doesn’t matter what Head Type Search (AJAX or STANDARD) we still have massive issues.

    Here is an example:

    Search URL [http://honestbrew.co.uk/?post_type=product&s=five+points] – Doesn’t return any results
    Five Points – [http://honestbrew.co.uk/product-category/all-breweries/five-points/] – Should return 6 results that are in stock

    Our website: http://www.honestbrew.co.uk/shop

    I need dev site FTP access, the issue is not something I can replicate on my dev version or the demo version which implies it is possibly related to your setup -the only way to find the issue is by using your test site to strip the site back to bare bones.

    Hi David,

    We have refreshed all FTP permissions.

    You shouldn’t have any problems editing files on the FTP server now.

    Do you have access to any of the staging error logs?

    I’ll have to ask the lead developer for his opinion on this.
