    Hi Team,

on our page https://www.leist-chinesische-medizin.de/ the anchor links show a weird behaviour. E.g. when clicking on Über uns -> Team the link first jumps to the bottom of the page and then slowly moves up to the actual anchor spot. It looks really weird and is quite confusing for the user. Do you have a solution for us?

    Thanks & best,
    Gianna

    Hi Gianna,

This is either because the plugin Essential Grid or an admin user has entered the code: <div id="team"></div> above the female picture.

Remove that, and simple add Team to the parent Row option “Row ID” you want to scroll to.

    Thanks.

    Hi David,

thank you for your response, but sadly that didn’t solve the problem. We deleted the code that was there and replaced it but it is still not working correctly. Could it have anything to do with the tour menue? Because the problem only seems to appear on pages that include a tour menue.

    Thanks and best,
    Gianna

Please add a WP login so I can see what is on the page closer.

    Hi Gianna,

I still see that <div id="team"></div> code there, which will cause the issue – the id should be added to a blank spacer instead. Can you please try that?
