scripts not loading properly

I have some scripts that aren’t loading properly for some datatables. It seems to work with other themes including TwentySixteen. Do you know if something could be interfering? I tried turning off the Performance Options in the Theme Options, but that didn’t work.

The script are loaded inside of the formidable pro plugin here:

After further research, it looks like my styles are not loading. If I place them in the custom css, it works. But is there a cleaner way to do this. It’s alot to place in custom css.
