Scrolling Error in Chrome Browser ( android mobile )

Hey Guys,

when browsing with Google Chrome on Android Smartphones, i can’t scroll down the pages, it seems to be locked. Can you maybe inspect that and help me out?
it works with the normal Android Browser tho….

Hi,

This issue was fixed now by the development team. It will be available on the next theme update.

If you need it sooner please send an email using the contact form in the link below, just saying that you need the fixed version of Cardinal because you couldn’t scroll on Mobile.

Hello – I am having this problem with the JOYN theme. I am using version 2.22.

You can see a sample ‘broken’ page at http://www.chefdev.ca/cookathome/

Works fine on web and iphone – but chrome/android doesn’t allow me to scroll.

Is there an update to JOYN as well? Please help.

Checked in my Android in the 2 browsers (Chrome and Default browser) and it’s working fine on both.

Can you try to clear the browser cache and all the offline content? Also try to check in another device.

Thanks Rui. Looks like updating the theme combined with clearing the cache on chrome did it.
