SALE not working on Variable product

I have updated the theme just now, and cleared the cache too, with no change to the sale problem – still only on the varibale product, fine on the simple product.

Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active.

Please enable the parent theme whilst we look into this for you.

I’m nervous! If I deactivate all the plugins, when I just activate them again will all the settings need to be redone, or is that information retained! I’ve spent weeks and almost got the site just perfect so don’t want to have to start again.
If it is safe as above to deactivate I will, but what do you mean by “Please enable the parent theme whilst we look into this for you.” tell me how and I will do it.

Hi,

The plugin settings are stored in the database, they will remain as long as you do not delete the plugins.

To activate the parent theme, I mean do this and run the update.

Okay, I’ve done all this. My developer is booked for tomorrow (about 24 hours from now) so we can get it up and running before he goes on leave, so can you please work on this ASAP for me.

Hello,

After re-activating each plug-in I have found it clashes with “WooCommerce Currency Switcher” plug-in.

Is there anything you can do to help? Or if there a different Currency Switcher that you recommend that works to use instead (must check out in my currency)?

We officially support the WPML currency switcher. I’d suggest you consider switching to that as the entire WPML plugin + extensions are supported.

If you attach the zip file, I can add it to the list of plugins to test further.

I have attached the file, though on further inspection it does the same thing with a different theme, so the issue looks like it is with WooCommerce.

I have read through the documentation for WPML and it doesn’t allow to checkout in my base currency which I need. I want to display currency options for the customer’s information only. Do you have a suggestion of something that will do this and has been tested?
