February 13, 2014 at 6:28 pm #48769Hi
You seem to have .span9 set as 100% in your css. Please check if it is in your custom css and if so, you need to remove it.

i’ve fixed it going back to previous neighborhood version. so the problem is NOT SOLVED.
i love your theme, but i’ve to tell you that i’m having a lot of issues with id during last times.
The new theme version, and the new woo commerce version caused me lots of issues and i was obliged to reinstall old versions.
i cannot wait 3 days you to check my posts because every day my site is not working properly i’m losing money.
Hope you understand my position, and you’ll try to do your best to fix your new theme version and also compatibility with woo commerce
please tell me when everything will work fine so i can upgrade.
thank you.
February 13, 2014 at 7:47 pm #48796Hi @arthos
Your website is fine for me now? Everything looks perfect.
@talent-o I am sorry you feel this way, however we do our best to fix things as soon as possible, the WooCommerce update was massive for us and we have spent a lot of time and hard work to make our themes support the new update. Our developer has been working through the past few nights to get everything working with the new WooCommerce update. As for you not being able to wait 3 days, I understand your frustration, however there is a lot of people who need our support and we need to help everyone, therefore we work from oldest topic to newest, if it takes 3 days then it is not our fault. We are in the middle of hiring new support staff to keep up with the demand of support. I hope you understand that we do our best!
I will inform the developer of your issue, I’m sure he will reply as soon as he can.
Thank you for your patience.
