I have added a team image in the Featured image section. The size of the image is 525×525. When I try to preview the page in the browser. I see a shrinked image of the size 220×150. You can view the shrinked image in the link given below.

You need to remove this from your custom css:
.profile-image-wrap img{width:200px !important;height:200px !important}
