Hi
The issue is happening for me too, not sure what it is, maybe a glitch in the revolution slider. Will have to wait for the developer of the plugin to fix this as it’s not our plugin so we have no control over bugs

May 22, 2015 at 4:28 pm #177820Hi Kyle, this problem did not exist 2 weeks ago, so just curious why it is occurring recently. Does this mean we will have to wait for the developer of that plugin to roll out a new version whenever they are ready or should I contact them directly?
Thanks
May 25, 2015 at 6:51 pm #178218You could try contact them directly but I’m not sure if you need to buy a licence to get support. It’s just out of our hands as it’s not our plugin so we can’t fix any bugs

MohammadJune 23, 2015 at 11:38 am #187416Hi there,
So I contacted the plugin’s developers and it has been almost a month. They concluded that there is a conflict with the theme, so I’m back here again.
The slider is still not working on Safari – the same image loads on top of the slider image. I have tried defaulting back to the TwentyFifteen theme and the plugin worked fine.
I realize you may not support 3rd party plugins, but because you’re advertising the plugin with your theme, and because I’ve been able to identify a direct conflict between the theme and the slider plugin (works with TwentyFifteen, doesn’t work with Dante theme), I’d like to ask if you could help with resolving this conflict.
Thanks

I will forward this to our development team.
Thanks for your patience.
June 24, 2015 at 12:29 pm #187971Hi there,
Very strange – can you please set up a page with only the revolution slider on it, so that I can test it and find the cause? Or if you could provide the export I’ll test it locally.
Thanks,
– Ed
June 24, 2015 at 4:47 pm #188174Hi Ed, thanks for your reply. I’ve attached the export of the slider below. Is this what you need?
EDIT: Sorry, the file size exceeded so I could not attach it.
June 25, 2015 at 4:44 pm #188708Hi @poptop
Please use a file sharing service such as http://www.tinyupload.com/
How big is the zip? I’ll see about increasing the limit.

June 27, 2015 at 3:39 pm #189307Hi Ed, I’ve uploaded the zip file to tinyupload.com as you mentioned. Here is the link: http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=41941314025721826791
I’ve also added the slider to a page without any other content, but the header, footer and comment area: http://www.worldblazer.com/our-test-page/
Does this work for you:June 28, 2015 at 7:07 am #189354Tried importing but getting this error message:
importing slider setings and data…
Error: slider_export.txt does not exist! Can you try re-exporting? I’ll do what testing I can on your site, but would be really helpful for a working export.

June 28, 2015 at 7:20 am #189355Or let me know what Ken Burns settings you are using on the slide? Tested locally but can’t replicate an issue.
– Ed
June 30, 2015 at 4:25 pm #190298Thanks Ed, I’ve uploaded the slider export on tinyurl again. Here is the link: http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=40831250784246945485
I attached a screen shot of the ken burns I’m using for the second and third images.
Also my friend said when she is on the homepage and viewing the slider the computer freezes and she has to shut down the computer. Do you think this has something to do with her computer not being able to handle the animation?
Thanks

Yes, likely the computer is far too old to be on a modern website with a powerful slider – do you know what browser she is using?
