    Hi,

Is it possible to add the revolution slider to a shop or category page?

    Hi,

this sure is possible, but I’m afraid it’s not built into the theme and would have to be modified especially for you. We’d love to help you with this customization but we are only able to provide support for basic theme issues and bug fixes. We do provide support for small customizations but unfortunately this request is beyond that. Please see our general policy and guidelines for more info. You could also hire a developer to help you with your customizations.

    Thank you for understanding!
    Cheers!

    Hi Melanie,

I work with a developer for this purpose. Can you pinpoint us in the direction where to look for the solution? Is it adding a piece of code?

    Kind regards,

    Daphne

    Hi Daphne,

You’d need to add the revolution slider output code to the /woocommerce/archive-product.php template.

    Hoep that helps.

    Hi Ed,

I’ve been looking everywhere in finding how to do the same thing. Can you tell me where to find the revolution slider output code? Also, once this is done, will our client be able to change the slider from admin down the road?

I’ve seen quite a few people asked about this, is it possible to add this feature to the next release?

    Thanks.

Some additional info, examples I found that shows what I’m looking to do. Each category shows its own slider above the products:

    Hi @Designeric

Like said above “You’d need to add the revolution slider output code to the /woocommerce/archive-product.php template.”

In the Revolution Slider plugin page they explain how to insert a specific slider. Check the link bellow.
