Hiya,

Revolution slider works fine on desktop (testing on dev site right now) but on iPhone and iPad, I just get grey boxes with alt text for each slider.

I’ve updated the plugin to the latest version, I’m running PinPoint vs 1.2 – is this a theme upgrade issue or a plugin conflict? Support at RS plugin is only for direct purchases.

Hi Jon,

Please first update Pinpoint to 1.4, there’s been a Revolution Slider update as well since then. If it still happens, try disabling plugins and test again, it definitely must work on mobile.
