Revolution slider – mobile landscape view problem

Hi, when I view on mobile in portrait then turn to landscape the slider doesn’t fit the screen ( attached with the image), I need to refresh the screen every time to get the fullwidth slider.

Thanks. Made a couple tests and the slider rotate fine when used alone has the rev slider shortcode.

[rev_slider alias="slider1"]

Something about the row maybe causing this, will have to forward it to the development team.

I have updated the with the new Swift Framework plugin but it doesn’t solve the issue.

Hi Ed,

I had sent in troubleshooting request to my host, and they have replied that based on their findings, they have identified that this is an application-related issue. They will try to troubleshoot but not able to offer a guaranteed resolution of such application issues.

Should I change to use another slider instead? I have smart slider plugin maybe I can substitute it for now ( I hope it doesn’t conflict with your theme)

Or I will still need to reinstall the Swift Framework again to avoid error in future?

Anyway, I’m very grateful and appreciate all your help so far.

You shouldn’t need to change, and once they resolve it then you can update Swift Framework as you need.
