I have my revolution slider set to show a single image on mobile devices, yet the video keeps loading or I get a blank spot where the video should be.

I have the video set to off for tablets and phones, and the image loaded in the slider and set to show on tablets and phones. I also have it set in the general settings to use the image as a fallback for mobile.

Hi

Unfortunately we don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins. We include the revolution slider with the theme so that you don’t have to purchase your own licence to use it, however if you want support for it, you will need to purchase a licence. Or you can search Google to try and find a solution on your issue
