Revolution Slider for Banner Image

Need to do a full width image banner which consists of a 110 pixel height image with a typed quote.

Another post suggested using revolution slider instead of the image banner short code. I have a couple of problems:

1. The words appear before the image. How do I have the words appear after the image background?

2. In forced full width, it won’t let me set the 110 pixel height but defaults to 300+ pixels. How do I set a smaller height?
