Revolution Slider Error / Internet Explorer

hi there,
when viewing a page with revolution slider (id in page slider options) in internet explorer, there is always this error:

Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.

To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

Fix nr. 1 is done, but still the same error? Hope you can help me,

… and one more thing concerning the revolution slider:
how can I remove every space beetwen the revolution slider (placed as id in the page slider options) and the 1st content row made with the swift page builder; I´ve disabled the page top spacing and removed the margin and spacing of the row, but there is always blank space beetwen the slider and the content of the page.

when looking with firebug,

<p></p>
<div class="row fw-row">
<div class="row fw-row">
<p></p>

there is a p tag before the row, how can I delete this p tag??
