I’m seeing fine in firefox.

What you did to reproduce this issue? So that we can try to create it. “I still have the problem after few minutes” you mean if we keep the home page still for some minutes it will look like the screenshot?
Let us know,
Thanks,
laranz.February 11, 2015 at 12:46 am #148941I too am experiencing this issue with Firefox 35.0.1.
Homepage (attached file: dante issue firefox screen1)
– Revolution slider does not display properly
– Slider is squeezed into the upper left portion of the pageShop – Woocommerce shop (attached file: dante issue firefox screen2)
– Products do not display – also squeezed into the upper left portion of the screen (issue with responsive detection?)
– This is sometimes resolved with scrolling, but still not acceptable for the shopping experience due to confusion on load.
– This is the woocommerce page as designated in woocommerce settings and not as an ‘element’ in page builder. Note, as an element, the problem also persists.Wordpress – version 4.1
Woocommerce – version 2.2.11
Dante – 2.76 (using a child theme 1.0)System:
MacBook Pro – OS X Yosemite 10.10.2
Firefox 35.0.1
Chrome 40.0.2214.111 (64-bit)
Version 8.0.3Attachments:

February 11, 2015 at 8:59 am #148976I have noted also in Swift page builder : some ” ” have been added on the top of text block element, that is not very nice for my webdesign
February 11, 2015 at 12:30 pm #149054Hi,
Everything seems to fine with me. You need to check with another location or device computer. Its only cache issue.
Thanks
MohammadFebruary 11, 2015 at 12:41 pm #149057Hi Mohammed, as macmscg said, we are two of your customers to encounter this issue… and this is not acceptable for the shopping experience of our own customers!
I didn’t have this issue with the older version of Dante theme.
February 11, 2015 at 12:51 pm #149059What is your site url?
The fact that are 2 customers with the same issue doesn’t add anything new to this situation. I already asked for the url of the other customer and probably it’s only cache.
Believe me that we have several situations that the customers say that clear the cache and the after a while it end’s up that was really a cache problem. We deal with this every day, when it’s a problem in the code it’s in our best interest to fix it asap has we usually do.
You said that you tried in another computer and after a few minutes it started again. What steps did you make so we can try to reproduce it in our side?
Cache mechanism are complex stuff that doesn’t work 100% fine.

February 11, 2015 at 1:19 pm #149063Hi Rui,
I am sure you are doing your best at Swift ideas! Your support works usually very well!!!
But as this problem isn’t resolved since 6 days, I would like an other answer that “clear your cache”!Clear my cache didn’t solve anything. I have tried to create a new user, at first connexion the issue on Home slider have disappear. Then I have checked the other page (in and oustide the shop), but they still have squeezed into the upper left portion of the screen.
When I came back to the HP, the revolution slider have squeezed again into the upper left portion of the pageThanks a lot for your help.

February 11, 2015 at 2:32 pm #149091Hi,
I asked another colleague to check it in Firefox and it’s also fine.
It’s alrady the 4th person in our team that is seeing fine. Can you ask some friend to check in a different computer?
Since the 6 days ago that this is a cache problem, I replied you that in the first day.-Rui
February 11, 2015 at 3:46 pm #149123Swift Support,
Cache has been cleared and this is present on 2 Mac’s with the latest firefox – one brand new without history of Dante or our site. (Macbook Pro 15 with retina display and Macbook Air 13, no retina).
I can replicate this with 2 machines and having cache cleared.
There is 1 more issue that I just discovered:
– When I connect this to an external monitor (24 inch) it will display fine in the monitor, but not on the laptop
– Please check it on a laptop or reduce resolution on your desktop monitor.
– is it possible this is a responsive/device size detection and or related to screen size and screen settings. Just a thought.Again, all of this worked fine on the past version of Dante and works fine in Chrome and Safari on initial viewing.
Sending URL in private reply.
