Hi ive uploaded images which are 1280x500px to the revolution slider and also set the revolution slider grid settings to 1280x500px, but the slider seems to crop a huge chunk off from the bottom of the image. I am and wish to continue using the responsive setting for the slider. I have now set the revolutions slider’s grid settings to 1280x600px just so that the bottom of the image is not cropped too much. could you please help me rectify the problem. My website is as follows

    Hi Jin,
Please see Screenshot Link: http://prntscr.com/1ty4jf . If you enable full width centering the image will crop from top and bottom. You are using the ‘Auto Responsive’ Full width slider layout so some cropping will occur as the slider tries to fit it completely in the frame.

    thanks

In that case, could you please provide me with the exact size/dimensions of the image to be used for an “auto responsive” full width slider so that the image will not be cropped.

    Thanks,

    jin

    Hi,

I am sorry but there is no perfect size where no cropping occurs. If you really want no cropping i would suggest you give a fixed width to the slider so it maintains aspect ratio when it resizes.

    Thanks
