Hi – I’m very familiar with the revolution slider, but I can’t seem to use it in the theme except with shortcode. My slider is set to full screen, I add it to the page slider setting, and make sure Swift Slider is not checked. I add the slider alias to the in the appropriate field — and update the page.

    No slider.

When I go back to the page editor, the revolution slider alias is blank. It’s not saving it at all.

    Hi!

This does not happen on our installations, so if you need help with a specific problem on your website, I would always need to see your site live please.
Could you tell me your website URL please? You can do so by typing it into a reply.
If you want to send a private reply that only you and the admins can see it, please scroll down and enable the checkbox to do so.

Also, we might need to check the backend of your website, so to speed things up, could you let me know your login details please?

    Thanks and cheers!

Hi – I am having this problem too. I paste the alias in the correct spot and nothing appears and it doesn’t save. http://www.leporter.com.au

I have another website and it works perfectly fine!
