Dear Dante Team,

I have two websites where i use the DANTE theme. on one of the websites – http://www.artsuiteone.com – i can’t update the slides within the revolution slider. I can’t edit existing slides nor can i create NEW SLIDES – or i can’t change an existing image. when i press the button “change/update image” nothing happens. I can’t save the settings… I can’t refresh a slide… somehow it just doesn’t work like it does on my second website: http://www.b-br.at. there, everything works fine.

Hi,

It seems some issue with revolution slider plugin files.
Try to upload the plugin files using ftp, upload it over the existing ones.

I have downloaded the rev slider plugin from your website link and uploaded it via ftp – version Version 4.6.5

IT WORKS now… how come that it works on my other website?

It look like an uncompleted data transfer, so some files where not with their full content.
