Reviews (for non-product pages)

Hello,

I would like to add the “add a review” functionality that exists in the product pages to other parts of my website.

My idea is to have the exact same functionality (or as similar as possible), that is:

– A text-box (or tab-box) with the name “Reviews” and inside an “Add a review” button or link.

– When you press that button a form appear where you can enter a comment/review and where you can also rank the page from 1 to 5 stars.

– Once the review is submitted, it can be handled from the comments utility in the wp-admin site, AND it also appears in the text-box of the page from which it was triggered.

Can this be done? Any specific HTML code that I have to add to the text-box? Perhaps using the Form-7 plugin?

This sure is possible, but I’m afraid it’s not built into the theme and would have to be modified especially for you. We’d love to help you with this customization but we are only able to provide support for basic theme issues and bug fixes.
