The usual way of saving an existing page as a template doesn’t seem to be working.
Any new tricks we need to know about?

Hmmm… also, formatting seems lost on this pre-existing page now. Text is up against edge in “full width” mode.

Is there a video library or independent guide videos on YouTube we can trust to guide us?
It must be frustrating to get so many support requests. Basic training would be great for both users and support, not? Please point us toward whatever resources are available.

How do we make the top strip over the photo transparent, not black?
It should be that way site-wide.

You set this on a page by page basis, edit a page and locate: Meta Options => Page Header / Slider => Page Header Type => Naked Light.
