    Hi when viewing your theme on an Android or iPhone, the website does not appear and I receive a error message “this web page is not available” displaying a choice more or reload.

    It seems it times out. Even when I select responsiveness off on your theme options. I have just not long installed your theme but cannot view it on mobile devices which is a big issue for me.

    Please can you assist ?
