Responsive Visibility Issue

Good day Support

I wanted a section of the homepage to be visible only on Desktop & Tablet and another only on Mobile.
But only a part of what out to show on Desktop/Tablet is showing on Desktop.

Kindly help look into this.

Guess you are using the Row visibility options.
Can you provide us 1 example by telling us that page url?

The issue is with the homepage itself.

You’ll see the part that ought to show if your resize your browser to like 400px width. It ought to show for desktop.

Hi,

You will need to insert your page builder contents into a “Row”, then amend the Row option “Responsive Visibility” to display on any of the screen sizes available within the select option. (See screenshot)

If you log in to the admin end and edit the homepage, you’ll see I did that but it’s not working.

Hi,

On my Desktop I get “We are creating value from everyday waste” hero section.

On my iPhone I get “Creating value from everyday waste” with a play icon and button “More about us”.

This is correct as per your Row settings?

Thanks for the response so far but if you look at the page closely…..you’ll see that not all content for Desktop/Tablet view is visible.

The video and Learn more button are not showing. Please have a look at the attached images and take note of the areas marked read.

Hi,

To resolve that, a small setting adjustment had to be done to the parent row. Inner Columns Height => Natural.
