    Hi,

I’m using the responsive shortcode ‘visible-sm’ but it’s not appearing on the mobile screen

do you know what it might be?

    thanks

    many thanks Kyle

it didn’t have that in the parameters in the documentation, only these..

    class – visible-sm | visible-md | visible-lg | hidden-sm | hidden-md | hidden-lg

..also, though the item is hidden on the desktop view it sits in a container/row that’s adding some unnecessary padding – is there a way of targeting those to make them ‘invisible’?

    thanks again

    Hi

I would have to see which element you are referring to so I can see how to remove the space.

Instead of adding the responsive shortcode to the image, in your full width text block, add the visible-xs in the extra class.

    This should work.

Hi Kyle, no I meant it’s not working – I put the visible-xs in the class but the container/row that wrap the image are still there adding padding and affecting layout?

    Hi, sorry I misunderstood.

Most of the spacing is being caused by the full width block below, you need to add the extra class mt0 to remove the spacing. The rest of the spacing seems to be being caused by that form that you have over the slideshow.

    thanks Kyle
I added the mt0 class but it’s still having a knock on effect to the layout

I needed the form over the slider and had positioned everything ok – then adding the responsive/hidden image it’s knocked things out of align again

I was hoping to target the divs that contain the responsive/hidden image and get them to disappear on the desktop in the same way as the image disappears?

    Hi

It may help speed things up if you could provide me with a login so that I can try and get rid of the spacing for you.

    Hi

It’s not the image causing the spacing, you have a random full width text block below the Sign Up section. (see screenshot)

    You need to remove this.
