    Why can’t I resize a youTube video in a blog post? In other words, at YouTube.com, I tell YouTube I want the size to be 420 x 315. I copy the iframe code given to me:

    <iframe width=”420″ height=”315″ src=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/a9uXYDmpFz8?rel=0&#8243; frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen></iframe>

    But the video doesn’t display on the blog as 420W x 315H. It displays 100% of the content wrapper. How do I fix this?

    I’m not using the Page Builder; I generally don’t on posts. Is that the only way to be able to successfully resize a YouTube video?

    Hi,

    Please edit your post, locate the iFrame code you have for the video, you can use the extra ignore class to stop FitVids making the video fullwdith class="fitvidsignore":

    <iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/a9uXYDmpFz8?rel=0" width="320" height="315" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"></iframe>

    Replace with:

    <iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/a9uXYDmpFz8?rel=0" width="320" height="315" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen" class="fitvidsignore"></iframe>
