Resizing responsive problem on tablets and smartphones

Hi,
I notice a problem on tablets and when making a browser to a smaller size.
The parallax section isn’t fully responsive 1/3 remains open.

Same goes for the super search.

Do you have a custom css code to fix this,please?

Add the code below to the custom css.

Hi Rui,
That did not help. I’m afraid. Just reduce the width of your browser and you’ll see that this did not solve it, sorry to say.

I’m not seeing the provided code in the html source of your site. Did you placed it in the custom css option in the Theme options?

Do you have any cache plugin activated? If so please purge your cache.

Can you try to replace my previous code with the one below.

Can you also try to remove all the custom css to see if it still happens.
Also if it doens’t work try to deactivate all the plugins to discard any possible conflict.

I know the site is online but this experiment must be done so we can find the problem, we don’t have any other reported issue like this.

Not sure if you cleared the cache after removing the custom code.
We don’t have any similar issue, and has you checked our demo site it’s fine.
