    Dear Swiftideas customer service,

    The option to reset a password on my webshop doesn’t work. When the user presses the button it brings them to the homepage. I think the page is missing but I’m not sure. Need your help on this.

    Hi,

    In the theme we don’t interact with that default WordPress functionality.
    Try to deactive all plugins except the SwiftFramework and Woocommerce so we can discard any plugin issue.

    This can also be an issue in your htaccess file.

    I disabled all the plugins except SwiftFramework and WooCommerce but the problem was still there. I tested in a incognito (private) chrome window.

    Hi,

    The theme does not control this.

    If you enable Twenty17, you will see the issue will still be present.
