    In the documentation it states:

NOTE: If you’d like to copy our revolution slider caption styling, we have included “captions.css” within the demo content folder. You will need to copy this this file to replace the file in /wp-content/plugins/revslider/rs-plugin/css.

However when I go to /wp-content/plugins/revslider/rs-plugin/css I don’t see a captions.css to replace with the included demo captions.css. All I see is a captions.php and other css files….none with the name captions.css though

So is there a way I can go about using the caption.css file to get the styles as it shows in the demo Where should I place the captions.css file?

When you are creating/editing a slide, click on edit global style (screenshot)

Copy all the css from the captions.css file and replace the current css.

great thanks! And that goes where? /plugins/revslider/rs-plugin/css/static-captions.css

I’m asking because I would like to also add a font but I need to know where to put the font folder.

Also would it make a difference if I added this to the child theme css?

you can add the font anywhere in the theme, but to load it on the page you have to link to it in the header.php file.

Than in your rev slider css you can just set the font.

You could add the classes in the child theme css if you like, however you will not see the changes in the backend, only the front end.

whenevr I try and edit the gloabal CSS changes and then save it in the backend it always jsut defaults back to the org. For example I’ll try and change the font size of .tp-caption.Flexform_h1 and it just defaults back to what it was.

Strange, any chance you could provide me with a login so that I can take a look?

Same question here – looks like maybe something has changed again? I see Dynamic Styles as “not editable” … is there someplace I should be selecting “dynamic” now?

updated to say, I looked over the files side by side, what is up is exactly the same, so nothing needs replaced on that end anyway. But my dillema is instead of a nice black box with white writing in it on my slider, I have orange text… see “Tell me more”

Is it correct in the front end?
