Renewed support for 6 months, not able to post to forum

I’ve attached the envato market page. Just wondering if there’s anything else I need to continue in my support. For whatever reason after purchase, I never received a confirmation email from them, but on the downloads page it shows that I have support through 1 October 2016. See attached screenshot. Happy to provide any necessary information that would help.

Can you check your profile and make sure the right purchase code is set?

– It is very possible there is a slight delay with the Envato API, meaning it refreshes every ‘x’ amount of hours.
