Hi guys,
great template, i’m really enjoying it. Just a quick question and i’m sure it has a simple answer but i can’t for the life of me find it, how do i remove the slide out menu completely? (see attachment)

Go to Theme Options > Header Options and remove the slideout nav from the header right section
