Removing "install prompt" once and forever.

Hello there.

When logging into any of our Swift powered websites we get prompted by the “recommended install” warning at the top of the control panel.

It’s a big concern to our clients, that asks us repeatedly if they should install the missing plugins (which they shall not, since those plugins are not utilised in any way).

How do we once and for all get rid of the prompt warning?

Will forward to Ed to see if there is any hook where we can do this. This seems to be displayed by the framework we use to check for the updates on the plugin and theme.
