Hi, I would like to know were is the text (marked in a box in red) in the picture attached, I would like to remove it or edit it. Also, how can I change the text in the checkout button?

1- Please use this custom css code:-
.page.page-id-5 div.woocommerce div.cart_totals p{display:none;}

2- You can change checkout button text through translation .po file.
