    I only have a top menu however the “select a page’/main menu appear on mobiles.
    How can I remove that?

    Hey, this should remove it: 

    .nav-wrap.clearfix {
display: none;
}

    One more question,

    That hides the menu, however the header still thinks the menu is there, and adds a space under the logo which looks odd. Can that space be removed as well?
