Remove Portfolio Hover/Overlay

Hi all,

How is it possible to remove the hover/overlay of the portfolio featured images so there is nothing over the image and all you see is the actual image?

Also, is there away to make the images static on the homepage rather than having them slide a bit back and forth as they currently do?

And finally, I have it set up to 4 images across to be displayed and I have it setup in two rows so effectively there are 8 images, how can I setup the second row of portfolio images to be different than the first row? Thanks!

1) Try this custom css:

figure.animated-overlay:hover figcaption {
  opacity: 0;
}

2) You mean the slideshow? You can have only one image if you like, just create only 1 slide.

3) You mean you have used 2 of the same elements? Which element are you using?
