    Hi,
    I need to fix some issues on site.
    Need to remove:

    1.previous/next post top navigation,
    2.posted by option
    3.line above featured image in posts.

    Add this to Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    .post-pagination-wrap, .post-info {
  display: none;
}

    I have to ask for additional help.
    It seems that one of the pages has extra top space between map and header.

    You need to go to the page meta options and ‘Remove Top Spacing’
