Remove log in to comment on search, remove all comments

Hi,

On search, how can I remove the ‘Comments’ that appears at the end of the page? It says ‘you must be logged in to post a comment’. I do not want any comments to be possible at all and want to remove this, and remove the possiblity of logging into the site. I have set the theme to ‘disable comments’ in the theme options. I need to remove this from search. I attach screenshots.

This is urgent as the site is live and I have a very anxious client.

Just add the code below to your custom css option.

.comments-wrap.container {
    display: none;
}
